About PPLM

Planning Portal Lodgement Management (PPLM) was conceived by comments from the ratepayers and business owners in our Local Government Area.

PPLM has had comments from business owners who want to do the building work and not the administrative side of the NSW Planning Portal.

The NSW Planning Portal can be confusing and cumbersome and overwhelming and during my professional time working in local government experiencing first hand these comments and enquiries from the public first-hand Planning Portal Lodgement Management has grown from an idea into a business to assist our local community.

The NSW State Government mandated that all applications for developments are to be lodged through the NSW Planning Portal, since this inception there has been a growing need for individuals and business to learn how this works and it takes time away from everyone’s busy schedules to do administrative work, this process can be overwhelming, cumbersome, slow and confusing.

Have you sat there lodging an application through the portal only to see the circle go, round and round and round for quite some time while you are sitting there saying to yourself, I have other things I need to get done, or

Have you gotten all the way through lodging only to have Council reject your application due to lack of documentation or received a request for further Information letter as you didn’t quite have all the documents required

Did you miss an email returning or requesting information from the Council via the portal and you were not aware of additional requirements needed for your application straight away.
